No refunds or returns are accepted, due to the nature of the product for hygienic purposes. If you receive a damaged product, we are happy to replace it.

Do you provide International delivery?

Unfortunately not at the moment, we currently only ship within the UK.

 

How do I look after Kayéluxe eyelashes?

  • After each use, gently remove the eyelash glue from the lash band

  • Store the eyelashes in the original packaging

What is the best way to apply

Kayéluxe eyelashes?

  • We recommend applying the eyelashes with tweezers, apply in the centre and adjust the lash!

  • Measure the lashes before application

How long does delivery take?

 

Orders are delivered within 1-5 working days. Products that are pre-ordered are dispatched the next working day.
